This book hits home for me as my boys have always been my vegan hold out.  If you have a divided kitchen, this is the book for you.  The book will show you how to keep your values in tact even if you have a pre-vegan spouse.  With recipes and tips, it is a great book to use until your family decides to join you on your vegan journey.  🙂

This book is informational and easy to read.  It provides tips for eating a whole-food, plant-based diet and how to jump-start a stuck metabolism.  If you are a vegan, like me, whose weight seems stuck at one number, here’s your book. I’ve already begun using his tips and can’t wait to see what comes next!
